Great Scale Model Train Show (You read that right)
Saturday and Sunday, October 27-28, I’ll be selling copies of Advocating Overlord at the Great Scale Model Train Show in “the Cow Palace” at the Maryland State Fairground in Timonium, Maryland. Organizer Scott Geare, who loved the book, has graciously given me a table for sales. Scott will be giving away a signed copy as a door prize. If you like trains, or just are curious, this is wonderful event is one of the largest on the East Coast. Two large rooms filled with vendors of model trains and a third large room filled with operating model railroads. There is an admission charge with rates for individuals and families. Children 15 years old or under in the company of an adult get in free. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Address is2200 York Road, Timonium, MD 21093. Free parking.
