Kensington Day of the Book Returns!

April 23, 2023 @ 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

FREE

Kensington, Maryland’s Day of the Book returns Sunday, April 23, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., rain or shine! After a pandemic-imposed hiatus, the festival is back to take over Howard Avenue in the heart of the town. Authors writing in many genres will be there to sell and sign their works.  Featured specially this year will be the prose and poetry of military veteran authors. There will be author readings, children’s programs, readings, live music, a chess challenge, and food trucks. I will be there to give a reading, sell, and sign copies of Advocating Overlord. I also will have for sale copies of James Lewis’s new novel, The Quadrant Conspiracy: The Plot to Kill FDR. Jim’s book picks up on an intriguing incident in Advocating Overlord. Yes, I helped him in his research. Hope you will stop by. Visit the website at:  https://www.dayofthebook.com/
