National World War II Museum Book Conversation, Aug. 15
August 15 was the occasion for a wonderful conversation about Advocating Overlord with National World War II Museum historian Dr, Keith Huxen. With this D-Day invasion-striped C-47 suspended overhead, 190 people gathered in person while others joined in courtesy of live streaming of the event. Nice reception, great discussion, and a perfect setting. My deep thanks to everyone who made this possible. As if the Crescent City did not over enough already, this spectacular museum is reason in itself for a visit to New Orleans.
